From the assembly line, through the cubicle and the open space, the workplace moved towards always more openness and organic interaction. Coworking is just a step further in that direction. It takes into account emotions and human dimensions. Coworking allows new dynamic related to collaboration, community, creativity, to get the proper environment to flourish and deliver a new form of productivity. These slides were used by Studio Tilt in a presentation at the Social Workplace conference we hosted in London.
