Yuta Aoki, from the Japan Coworking Association, developed a model to map out the different community levels and a tool to better figure out the stong an weak links between the coworking community members. He will present : “Visualizing Community Outcomes: Approaches from Workflow Design, Metrics, and Social Graphs”. As much as one know that hospitality and human interaction is criticial to grow the sense of belonging, so far, coworking space have mainly been using rules of thumb. Can we introduce community management performance metrics? Is it something to wish? How can it be integrated in the business value assessement of any coworking brand?
