Fidamy operates as an embedded insurance specialist, backed by the NN Group. Its team is a growing scale-up of roughly 11–50 employees. They work from Co-Office’s turn-key suites on the 20th and 21st floors. These suites require no long-term leases.
The Pulse of Amsterdam is a 58,000 m² mixed-use development, by EDGE group. Its 25-story office tower offers 36,000 m² of lettable space. Providers like Co-Office offer suites from 20 m² to 150 m². The building features an urban forest on level 8 and holds a “BREEAM Outstanding rating”.
