Quantexa, the UK-based AI platform provider, will establish its new global headquarters at GPE’s The Delft building on London’s South Bank.

The company has pre-let about +/- 5,200 m2, roughly one third of the managed office, for an occupation date in 2027. Quantexa employs over 800 people worldwide.

Quantexa has agreed a 10 year lease, occupying the ground floor east, first floor east and the fifth, sixth and seventh floors. The Delft will deliver 14.310 m2 of best in class HQ workspace in spring 2027.

According to GPE’s FAQ, fully managed premises means that GPE takes care of everything, “from creating and fitting out your beautiful workspace to providing the ultimate office experience with a dedicated Customer Experience team who will take care of your every need. The onsite customer experience team will ensure your teas and coffees are stocked up in your office, as well as taking care of the building’s maintenance, cleaning, security, utilities, and more. In some of our spaces our team will also curate on-site social events for your team to enjoy.”

GPE is a FTSE 250 property investment and development company. It owns around £2.5 billion of office, retail and residential space across central London. The Delf t is fully operated under its managed office model.
