TMUS India, the Indian subsidiary and Global Capability Center (GCC) of T-Mobile US, has signed a major managed office agreement with WeWork India, securing a large-scale workspace in Hyderabad to support its expansion.

The deal is valued at approximately ₹475 crore (around €53 million) and covers more than 23,200 square metres of office space at the Phoenix H10 campus in Hyderabad. It is one of the largest managed office transactions in India to date.

The centre, to be operated under T-Mobile Global Solutions India, will kickstart operations with an initial team of around 300 professionals, with plans for steady expansion in the coming years.

Founded in 2025, TMUS India serves as a technology and engineering hub for T-Mobile, focusing on 5G development, IT infrastructure and digital innovation. The entity is in a rapid build-out phase, with ongoing recruitment across software engineering, DevOps and technology roles to support T-Mobile’s global operations.

The company opted for a managed office model, under which WeWork India will design, deliver and operate a fully customized workspace. This approach allows TMUS India to scale quickly without the constraints of a traditional lease, while avoiding upfront capital expenditure and internal management of the office environment.

WeWork India has been expanding its enterprise offering, particularly in the managed office segment, which caters to large occupiers requiring bespoke, fully serviced spaces. The model has gained traction among multinational companies establishing Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India’s main technology hubs.

For TMUS India, the 23,000+ m² workspace provides the capacity to accommodate a growing workforce while maintaining flexibility as operations expand.
