The Fintech international company Remitly’s decision to open a new office in Kraków’s Mogilska 35 Office building reflects more than a search for a central location. The international fintech has moved into a property where traditional offices are combined with coworking and serviced workspace, a mix that played a role in the occupier’s selection process and illustrates how flexible space is increasingly embedded in corporate real estate strategies.
The new office, spanning around 3,000 square metres, is located in a building developed and operated by Warimpex. While proximity to public transport and the city centre was important, the presence of coworking and serviced office facilities within the same building added a layer of flexibility that aligns with Remitly’s operational needs. The property includes coworking space operated by Cowork by Memos, offering access to shared meeting rooms, short-term workspace options and additional amenities that complement a large corporate headquarters.
For Remitly, which employs several hundred people in Poland, the ability to combine a long-term, custom-designed office with on-demand coworking infrastructure supports a more adaptable workplace model. The interior fit-out of Remitly’s office reflects this approach. Alongside desk areas, the workspace includes collaboration zones, quiet rooms, and areas designed for different working preferences, including neurodiverse employees. Access to shared facilities elsewhere in the building extends these options further, reinforcing the idea that the office is part of a broader workspace ecosystem rather than a standalone unit.
For Warimpex, integrating coworking into office developments such as Mogilska 35 is a deliberate strategy. By offering a mix of leased offices, serviced space and shared amenities, the group aims to attract international occupiers looking for flexibility alongside stability. The building is fully let, suggesting that this hybrid model resonates with tenants seeking modern workplace solutions without sacrificing location or infrastructure quality.
