Nordiska Virkesbörsen AB has secured a new flexible office solution in Stockholm, signing a rolling agreement with Convendum at its Vegagatan location. The move-in date is set for 1 April 2026.

The company, which operates in the timber and raw materials trading sector, was seeking a workspace that could support focused operations while allowing flexibility aligned with its membership-based business model and anticipated growth.

Under the agreement, Nordiska Virkesbörsen will occupy two private office rooms of 19 square metres each. The space is configured to accommodate up to 12 dedicated workstations. In addition, the company has secured 20 memberships, providing access to shared work areas, meeting rooms and Convendum’s broader community infrastructure.

The hybrid setup combines enclosed private offices with flexible access to common facilities, enabling the company to adjust workspace usage based on operational needs. The Vegagatan property offers central access for employees, clients and partners, located adjacent to the Odenplan transport hub.

The office search process was led by Workaround, which represented Nordiska Virkesbörsen in identifying and negotiating the solution.

The transaction reflects continued uptake of flexible office arrangements among companies in traditional trading industries, as well as the use of intermediary advisers to navigate the expanding coworking and managed office market in Stockholm, says Workaround.
