From Coworking to Managed Office: How Patrimy Scaled from 6 to 50 Employees in Three Years

The French wealth management firm Patrimy has completed four office moves in three years, transitioning from coworking desks to a 320 m2 managed office in Paris as its workforce expanded from six to 50 advisers.

The company began its growth journey in flexible workspaces, notably within Morning Coworking, using coworking environments to accommodate a team of between four and six people. As headcount increased, Patrimy moved between different coworking locations to adjust capacity in line with recruitment.

Over time, the pace of hiring made shared coworking space less suitable for the company’s operational needs. Several months ago, Patrimy opted to transition to a “bureau opéré” — a managed office model that provides a private, fully serviced workspace tailored to a single company.

The French Managed Office Provider Allday is mentioned on LinkedIn as partner.

Unlike a shared coworking space, where teams operate within a shared environment, the managed office gives Patrimy an independent space designed around its branding and workflow. The layout includes dedicated meeting rooms, phone booths and work areas configured to reflect the company’s organisation and daily usage patterns.

The transition was supported by Flashoffice, a Paris-based office advisory firm that assists companies in sourcing flexible and managed office solutions.
