Zelty, a Paris-based software provider for the restaurant industry, has relocated to a new managed office in central Paris. The company develops point-of-sale (POS) solutions for restaurateurs and currently employs around 60 people. Ongoing recruitment plans prompted the move from a traditional lease to a more flexible workspace model.

The previous office no longer met the needs of the growing team. Zelty required more meeting rooms, properly equipped workstations with dual screens, and a larger communal area to host company-wide gatherings and lunches. The new office provides sufficient workspace capacity and improved technical infrastructure to support collaboration and daily operations.

The company chose a managed office under a service agreement rather than a conventional commercial lease. This setup allows the operator to handle building management, maintenance, and infrastructure, reducing administrative burden for Zelty’s internal team. According to the company, the arrangement simplifies day-to-day office management and ensures that employees have adequate space and facilities.

The new space is operated by Flash Office, a Paris-based provider of managed office solutions.

The transaction was facilitated by Ubiq, a digital advisory platform specializing in flexible workspace searches. Zelty reviewed fewer than ten options before selecting the site.

The relocation reflects a wider trend among French startups opting for managed and flexible offices that align with hybrid work policies. Zelty allows employees up to approximately 10 days of remote work per month, combining flexibility with a centralized workspace for in-person collaboration.
