The Burnley (North-East England) based financial broker Financial Affairs, founded in 1972, has moved its headquarters to the “Northlight” location of the British flexible workspace provider Business First. Financial Affairs with approximately 450 m2 of flexibles office.
“Laurence O’Connor, chief executive officers of Financial Affairs, said to Burnley Express: “We’d simply outgrown our old space and knew we had to move if we wanted to continue growing. Northlight ticked all the boxes for us – the office space, the character of the building, and most importantly, the strong sense of community.”
Toby Whittaker, managing director at Business First, added: “We’re really pleased Financial Affairs have chosen at Northlight for their new headquarters, and they will be a great addition to our business community.”
Northlight, the former Brierfield Mill, was completed in 2024 following a £32 Mio. renovation.
