French consulting firm Valorie has signed a new office at Wojo Montparnasse in Paris, relocating its team of 26 employees under a flexible office agreement following a rapid search process led by broker FlashOffice.
The company, previously based in Tour Montparnasse, needed to secure an alternative workspace within a short timeframe while remaining in the same area, close to the station. The brief combined several constraints: maintaining a central, transport-connected location, accommodating a 26-person team, and enabling an immediate move-in.
FlashOffice identified several options and quickly organized site visits. Wojo Montparnasse was selected as it matched the operational requirements, offering a ready-to-use office solution aligned with the company’s timeline and team size. The transaction was completed within a compressed schedule, reflecting the growing role of flexible workspace in handling urgent relocations.
Valorie specializes in Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) consulting, supporting companies and eco-organizations on regulatory compliance, circular economy strategies and environmental performance. Founded in 2014, the firm operates with a team of around 20–30 employees and works with industrial and institutional clients across France.
Wojo Montparnasse, located within the Ateliers Gaîté complex, provides serviced offices, coworking areas and meeting facilities in a mixed-use environment. The site enables companies to take fully fitted private offices under service agreements, with access to shared amenities and meeting spaces without committing to a traditional lease.
