Dutch AI consultancy AI Panda has secured a new flexible office at Workspot in Rotterdam, in a deal brokered by workplace advisory firm Flexas. The agreement enables AI Panda to move into a managed office environment that supports its next phase of growth while retaining operational flexibility.

AI Panda focuses on helping businesses implement artificial intelligence tools across daily operations, including workflow automation, AI-driven productivity solutions and practical corporate training. The company operates with a compact team – estimated at under 20 employees – serving SMEs across the Netherlands as demand for applied AI solutions accelerates.

The new office is located in one of the city’s main business districts. Workspot offers flexible office solutions including private offices, shared desks and meeting facilities. While the exact size of AI Panda’s office has not been disclosed, the move provides the team with a self-contained workspace within the building, enabling privacy for daily operations while retaining access to shared services and infrastructure.

Workspot positions itself as a Dutch flexible workspace operator (10 locations) targeting entrepreneurs and growing companies seeking plug-and-play office solutions without traditional long-term leases. The provider operates in Rotterdam with fully furnished office suites, meeting rooms and communal facilities designed for teams that require scalability.
